Once we receive your appraisal kit, we promptly scan it into our system and send you an email confirming its receipt. We suggest using the complimentary FedEx boxes available at any FedEx location, especially since you'll be going there to drop off your package, but you’re free to use any packaging you prefer.

We will pay you the wholesale value of your diamonds in addition to the value of your gold, so please send your diamond jewelry as is, including any certifications or appraisals you may have. While we don't buy loose gemstones, we might add their value to the gold weight, which can increase your total payout. For this reason, we advise against removing the stones before sending your items. Keep in mind, you can always decline our offer and have your items returned to you intact at no cost.
